Returns & Exchanges
At Soul Rebel we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes you might want to return an item to us.
If you are not happy with your purchases you can cancel your order or return them to us for a refund or exchange providing they are unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Any cancellation request will only be accepted by email notice, providing the order has not already been shipped.
Please email your intention to return any items to Soul Rebel within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
Email notification received outside of 14 days or returns received outside of these time frames will not be eligible for refund.
Postage costs for returns are to be paid by the customer.
We will credit your original method of payment for accepted returns.
If the products you return are faulty or not as ordered, we will of course give a full refund plus any postage costs.
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for returns or for any unpaid duties and taxes.

Non Returnable merchandise - please be advised that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
For hygienic reasons bathing suits, bikinis, board shorts, socks and underwear sales and earring sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Also gift certificates are non refundable. Shipping is also non refundable.
